An AMC engagement typically covers: monthly dependency updates (frameworks, libraries, plugins) to patch security vulnerabilities; proactive monitoring with alerts for downtime, errors, and performance degradation; regular security scans and certificate renewals; database maintenance and performance tuning; content updates and minor feature additions (up to a defined monthly hour allowance); quarterly comprehensive health checks with a written report; and priority response for critical issues.

We document everything we maintain and maintain an asset register for your digital properties: hosting accounts, domain registrations, SSL certificates (with expiry dates), and software version tracking. This documentation is yours, you won't be left without crucial information if you ever change providers.

AMC plans are tailored to the complexity of what we're maintaining: a simple brochure website has very different maintenance needs than a complex e-commerce platform or a custom web application with a database backend.
